Job Description

The Relationship Development Officer - Credit Card Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong client relationships to drive the sale of credit card products. The role involves field and in-branch sales, lead generation, and maintaining long-term customer engagement to maximize customer satisfaction and product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell credit card products to individual customers through direct sales, leads, and referrals. Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and in-branch walk-ins. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate credit card products and offers. Ensure a smooth and complete onboarding process, including document collection and verification. Follow up with customers for activation, usage, and service support. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader or manager. Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and roadshows as required.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking. Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
