We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer - Credit Cards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers while maintaining high standards of customer service and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate credit card solutions.

Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up regularly.

Assist customers with the credit card application process, documentation, and activation.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

Provide post-sale customer support and handle queries or complaints effectively.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.

Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
