Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.
Meeting Scheduling:
Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company's offerings.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 + years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
English language proficiency
