Seeking a proven and growth driven professional who can build CXO level management connections across Middle East, INDIA and Europe to help TalentMicro(www.talentmicro.com), the next generation HR related software startup achieve its goals, Mandatory Skills : - Excellent Communication Skills, highly outgoing and who love extensive travel across UAE, INDIA, Europe and select countries of Arfican region. A globally adoptable person is expected for this role. - Having proven ability and personality to build top management connections of HR Head, CEO and CTO levels. -Having lots of time flexiblity to handle global busienss and socialising to build strong network of CXO level contacts. - Posses excellent written and spoken skills for global busienss writing and interacting with CXO level contacts. - Ready to relocate temporarily to countries like INDIA to build business contacts. - Key to this role is CXO level people management and networking at global level and hence similar lifestyle is mandatory. - Must be able to achieve management leads and connections targets without fail . Initial Fixed Salary: AED. 7,0000 to 10,000/PM plus VISA, travel costs and excellent Sales Commission based on busienss Experience: 3 to 6 years Position Location: Dubai (Office is located at One Central, World Trade Centre) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
- Travel across Middle East, INDIA & Europe: 1 year (Required)
- Flexible time to manage Events/CXO networking meetings: 1 year (Required)
