As a Relationship Manager at STREE Real Estate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact, which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email communication. Understand the client's needs and provide them with tailored solutions based on our services. Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a relationship manager. Experience in sales or client service environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
