. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, ensuring optimal risk transfer solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and clients.
Assess client risk exposures and design appropriate reinsurance programs.
Negotiate and secure reinsurance placements to optimize risk transfer.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and capacity to provide strategic insights.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including actuarial, underwriting, and claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or brokerage.
Strong knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are a plus.
