About the Role

Seed Health and Wellness Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Pharmacist to support our growing pharmacy division. This part-time, remote role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong regulatory knowledge and established industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regulatory submissions and product registrations (pharmaceutical and herbal) with the

Pharmacy Department

and

Ministry of Commerce

.

Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations for health products. Prepare, review, and submit dossiers and required documentation in Arabic and English. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners as needed. Maintain accurate records of approvals, renewals, and regulatory timelines. Support the internal team with updates on changing regulations and regulatory strategy.

Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in Qatar with at least 3 years of regulatory experience*.
Proven track record with pharmaceutical and herbal product registration*.
Familiarity with Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Commerce, and other relevant authorities. Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks and documentation processes.

Industry relationships

Bilingual (Arabic and English)

- both written and spoken fluency required.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
