Job Description
Job Title: Regulatory Financial Review Section Head Location: Abu dhabi Experience: 6 to 9 Years Language: Excellent in English and Arabic Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Finance, Accounting, Business Economics Job Responsibilities: Manage the review of the audited financial statements of licensed energy companies, as well as the preparation of reports. Examine the financial health and resources of existing licensed companies to ensure that customers continue to receive secure and efficient services. Evaluate the financial performance of the existing licensed price-controlled companies in relation to the price control assumptions and allowances, as well as previous year performance. Review and approve the periodic financial reports submitted by licensed companies operating in the sector, identifying any errors or discrepancies, and recommending any improvements. Provide the necessary support for the implementation of any other financial and investment activities. Skills Analytical and financial analysis skills Due diligence, financial modelling, reporting, and budgeting skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
