Regulatory Compliance Officer

Job Description
The Regulatory Compliance Officer will ensure the company meets all applicable regulatory obligations within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and under the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). This role is responsible for monitoring compliance activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting internal teams in understanding and applying regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and monitor the company's compliance with DFSA regulations and internal policies. Maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation. Prepare and submit regulatory reports within required timelines. Conduct regular compliance assessments and identify areas requiring corrective action. Support internal departments with regulatory guidance as needed. Assist with policy updates based on regulatory changes. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during reviews or inspections. Report compliance issues or breaches to management according to established procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. Experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, or risk management within financial services. Familiarity with DFSA regulations and DIFC operating requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory documents. Ability to prepare clear documentation and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment
Full-time, office-based role within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Work may involve periodic deadlines for reporting and regulatory submissions.
