Regulatory Compliance Associate – Difc/adgm

Job Description
We are looking for a junior-mid level Regulatory Compliance Associate to support our DIFC and ADGM clients with compliance implementation and coordination. The role is client-facing and focuses on understanding regulatory requirements, gathering documentation, preparing checklists, and coordinating with our internal technical team to deliver the required controls.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to understand compliance needs for DIFC/ADGM Prepare compliance checklists, templates, and documentation Collect supporting evidence and maintain registers Assist with AML/KYC documentation where required Liaise between client and our technical/security team Track deliverables and ensure timely submission
Requirements
1-3 years experience in compliance / audit / risk / GRC / internal control Good understanding of basic regulatory or governance concepts Good understanding of ADGM & DIFC regulations. Strong English communication and documentation skills Confident in client interaction (meetings + reporting) Based in UAE and available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
