Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Description
:
Facilitate company-wide policy management, including: ensuring compliance with corporate policy templates and guidelines, tracking policy review schedule, updating policy library, and communicating with employees about policy updates. Review and update compliance policies annually, and as needed, including tracking and communicating reviews among multiple stakeholders. Respond to employee questions and concerns related to the code of conduct, conflicts of interest, and compliance program policies. Manage the review and approval of compliance requests through the SharePoint compliance site, including discussions with employees and stakeholders. Create, design, and manage internal compliance communications, including company website updates, compliance newsletter, videos, and the SharePoint compliance site. Manage supervisory processes for compliance controls with key corporate policies, such as the Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Wealth, Third Party Risk Management, Travel and Expenses, and the Policy against Money laundering. Partner with functional areas to remediate exceptions, violations, and policy gaps.
