Position Responsibilities:

Manage product certification and approval processes with regulatory bodies Prepare and submit documentation to authorities and certification agencies Track and renew all regulatory licenses, permits, and certificates Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to internal stakeholders Coordinate internally with Product, Quality, Logistics, R&D, and Legal teams Maintain accurate compliance records and databases Support during audits and inspections by regulators Ensure timely market access while safeguarding compliance and business continuity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or Affairs Must have working knowledge of

CST, IECEE, SABER, and GCC regulatory schemes

Strong communication skills in Arabic & English (written & verbal) Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple technical cases simultaneously. Willingness to travel frequently for onsite inspections and training sessions. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis using MS Office or other reporting tools. Strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience dealing with

SASO, SFDA, CITC, GCC Lab, or similar authorities

Familiarity with

ISO, IEC standards and Quality Management Systems

* Prior experience within the consumer electronics
