We're hiring a highly capable Regulatory Officer to lead and manage all compliance, licensing, and regulatory matters across UAE jurisdictions--specifically
MOH, DED, DHA
and Dubai Municipality
. This role is mission-critical: you need someone who doesn't just file paperwork but can interpret regulations, pre-empt non-compliance risk, and drive approvals end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1) Licensing & Approvals
Manage and renew all regulatory licenses:
MOH approvals (health products, supplements, cosmetics, halal certificates, etc.)
DED trade license activities and commercial registration compliance
Dubai Municipality approvals (product registration, facility permits, food/retail compliance)
Coordinate with consultants, government platform portals, GDRFA, MOFA, etc.
2) Regulatory Monitoring & Compliance
Track regulatory changes for MOH, DED, Municipality, and federal/Emirate laws
Update SOPs, policies, and compliance checklists accordingly
Prepare internal compliance reports and dashboards
3) Product & Label Compliance
Ensure product specifications, labeling, ingredients, claims, and marketing assets meet regulatory standards before launch
Liaise with quality teams and marketing to fix non-compliant items proactively
4) Government Liaison
Build strong working relationships with MOH, DED, Municipality officers and third-party service providers
Represent the company in inspections and government meetings
5) Documentation & Audit Support
Maintain full audit-ready records of all regulatory filings, approvals, correspondence, and compliance activity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
