Regulatory Affairs and Legal Administration Assistant
Dubai | United Arab Emirates (AE) | Full-time | Permanent
Area of Responsibility
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Process daily administrative inquiries (documents & samples dispatch, letters\xe2\x80\x99 signature, letters typing, etc.)
  • Maintain proper archive for regulatory related documents i.e registration certificates, MOHs issued regulations, registered artwork etc.
  • Process communication with different vendors (translation & reference standards) (i.e., acquiring quotation for service provision, quotation approval and payment processing.)
  • Maintain & support archiving with compilation of the Registration & Pricing certificates, distributor qualification documents compilation.
  • Updating the RA trackers & database with the latest information.
  • Support development of regulatory newsletter.
  • Assist preparing regulatory submissions and documents
  • Events arrangements\xe2\x80\x98 management
  • Taking meeting minutes as requested.
  • Liaise with different department heads to collect required Compliance documents.
  • Maintain and update database and tracking system.
  • Assist in providing Company SOPs regarding their formatting structure.
Technical Skills
  • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office 365, mainly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint with exceptional computer skills.
  • Familiar with the use of the internet, creating and maintaining computerized records.
  • Ability to develop, implement administrative systems, procedures, using information and communication technology.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Professional, organized, detail oriented, manages multiple priorities.
  • Capable of handling routine administrative tasks with proactive approach and mindset.
  • Works independently on assignments and issues that arise.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Education
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivilant experience

Experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience in preferably pharmaceutical industry within the region.
