As part of our expansion plans, we are excited to announce the opening of our new medical store in Sharjah. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist, registered with the UAE Ministry of Health (MOH), to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Complete the MOH registration of the new store ensuring all requirements are met. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the day-to-day operations of our new medical store. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of the UAE MOH and other relevant bodies. \xc2\xb7 Manage the sales and dispensing of our Medical Portfolio including Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Medical Devices and Infant Milk Formula. \xc2\xb7 Provide outstanding customer service and in-depth product knowledge to clients and healthcare professionals. \xc2\xb7 Be responsible for the registration of products with the MOH, owning the process and progress reporting. \xc2\xb7 Utilize expertise in regulatory matters to ensure adherence to all UAE health regulations, with an emphasis on safety and ethics. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with suppliers, healthcare professionals, and customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. \xc2\xb7 Participate in local healthcare events and seminars to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services. \xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. \xc2\xb7 Implement strategic plans for the development of the new store and contribute to the broader sales strategy of the company. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions in accordance with legal and company standards. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Essential: Valid MOH license to practice as a Pharmacist in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in pharmacy. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 6 years\' work experience in Dubai in a pharmaceutical / sales role. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in setting up a new medical store in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Strong background in sales ideally B2B rather than a retail setting. \xc2\xb7 In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and regulatory environment in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of managing a Salesforce. Skills: \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Solid business acumen and strategic sales planning expertise. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
