Job Title:

Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse - Doctor On Call Services

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. In this role, you will support physicians during home and on-site visits, assist with clinical procedures, and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a mobile healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional care in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany physicians during home or on-site consultations across various locations Perform initial patient assessments, including recording vital signs and medical histories Administer prescribed medications and treatments Assist during minor medical procedures while following infection control protocols Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and clinical findings Educate patients and caregivers on medications, post-treatment care, and follow-up instructions Prepare, maintain, and manage medical kits and supplies according to protocol Uphold patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards at all times

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Proficient in English and Hindi UAE-based candidates with DHA eligibility (including freshers) are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in mobile healthcare, home care, or community/outreach nursing Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Work Schedule & Transportation:

12-hour rotational shifts (day/night) Transportation provided between office and patient locations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
