Job Description

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong polyclinic experience to join our team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
Valid DOH (HAAD) license
Previous experience in a polyclinic setting
Immediate joiner preferred
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with DOH standards
Assist physicians during consultations, treatments, and minor procedures
Administer medications and injections safely and accurately
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records
Ensure infection control and safety standards are consistently applied
Support overall clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
Valid Nursing License/Registration (HAAD/DOH) in Abu Dhabi
Proven UAE experience in a Polyclinic setting (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
