Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing and personal care services to VIP patients in their homes
• Deliver compassionate emotional, psychological, and professional support to patients and families
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Promote patient independence through education on medical conditions, medications, and self-care
• Maintain high standards of care in line with clinical protocols and therapeutic best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection control procedures, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and manage assigned/hooks own patient caseload, including interpretation of test results
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and internal quality standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS or PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited clinical setting
• Prior nursing experience in one or more of the following regions: European Union, United States, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand
• Strong knowledge of acute and chronic disease management including respiratory, cardiac, and diabetic care
• Experience with wound care, IV administration, health assessments, and emergency response
