The Center for Continuing Education and Enterprises is seeking a talented and motivated Registered Medical Nurse who is MOH Certified in the field of Health Care Providers to provide high standard medical (dental + dermatology) services for the benefit of Ajman University Medical Center. MAIN DUTIES:

• Welcome, prepare and reassure patients for treatment.
• Assist dermatologists during consultations, minor surgical procedures, cosmetic, facial, beauty and laser treatments.
• Assist dentists during dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, impressions, crowns, and orthodontic treatments.
• Prepare and maintain medical instruments, materials, and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including sterilization and disinfection of instruments and surfaces.
• Take and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and update patient charts as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records on the system and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Mix and prepare dental materials (cements, impression materials, composites, etc.).
• Order, monitor, and manage dental supplies and stock.
• Participate in continuing education, trainings, and development programs as per MOHAP regulations.
• Assist in handling dental/medical emergencies in the clinic.
• Operate and maintain dermatology equipment (e.g., laser devices, facial machines...)
• Provide guidance on pre -procedure instructions (e.g., for laser, chemical peels, facials...).
• Track expiry dates of products (especially injectables, medications, and cosmetic products).
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Educate patients about post-care instruction after the treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two years of experience as a medical nurse
MOH license.
BLS Certificate Holder.
IOSH certificate.
Laser Safety Training Certificate
Infection Control Training KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience in DentiMax or any patient management system.
• Fluent in English (preferably multilingual)
• Excellent administrative and filing skills including MS office (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
• Team player, and duty flexibility whenever needed.
• Excellent patient communication.
• Customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, empathy, professionalism.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and attend trainings.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in an operatory clinic setting (dental/dermatology) within the medical center. Work environment involves exposure to biohazards (blood, saliva, skin lesions, body fluids), sharp instruments, dental/dermatology equipment, and chemical agents (disinfectants, anesthetics, dermatology solutions, laser cooling gels, etc.). and may include the use of protective equipment.
Work requires strict adherence to infection control, sterilization protocols and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, protective eyewear, and uniforms during duty. SUPERVISION:
