Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in nursing procedures and practices Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and adhering to legal and professional nursing regulations Responsibilities: Assessing patients' health conditions and needs, including physical, emotional, and social aspects Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical orders Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and treatment outcomes Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Providing patient education and support to promote self-care and disease management Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient information and care provided Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe and clean working environment Responding effectively to emergency situations and providing immediate care as needed Continuously updating knowledge and skills through professional development activities Note: Fluency in German and English languages is required for this position.
