Job Description

Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor staff performance. Ensure compliance with

DHA regulations

, clinic policies, and healthcare standards. Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations. Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate with doctors and management for smooth patient services. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality. Monitor patient care plans and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle patient concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are strictly followed. Manage medical supplies and inventory within the nursing department. Support in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new nursing staff. Prepare reports on staff performance, incidents, and patient care outcomes. Promote teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement in clinical practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
