To provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing in accordance with UAE health regulations and the facility's protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessment, counselling, and education regarding IVF protocols and procedures.
Assist physicians during ovum pick-up (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
Monitor patients during ovarian stimulation, follicle tracking, and post-procedure care.
Prepare and administer fertility medications (SC, IM, IV) as prescribed.
Coordinate with the laboratory, pharmacy, and medical team for seamless patient management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the EMR and IVF software.
Manage IVF cycle tracking including scheduling, test follow-up, and patient instruction.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment during procedures as per infection control protocols.
Support patients emotionally through their fertility treatments with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure proper patient consent and privacy in accordance with clinic policies and ethical standards.
Participate in internal training, audits, drills, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Valid
MOH License/Evaluation Letter
Proficient in
English and can speak fluent TAGALOG
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum
2 years of experience as Registered Nurse preferably in IVF or women's health/fertility
nursing
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced healthcare environments
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care
