Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
Monitor and assess patient health conditions and record accurate reports.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements:
Valid DHA or DOH Registered Nurse License/bachelor's degree in nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (homecare experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable.
