We are urgently seeking a

MOH Licensed Registered Nurse (male candidates only)

to provide on-site healthcare services for workers at a construction site in

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering immediate medical assistance, promoting workplace safety, and ensuring overall employee well-being in compliance with occupational health standards.

Working Hours:

10 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)

Working Days:

6 days/week (1 day off)

(NIGHT SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver first aid treatment and emergency care for injuries or health issues at the worksite. Monitor, assess, and record the health conditions and vital signs of site workers Maintain proper documentation of daily medical logs, health records, and incident reports Ensure the clinic or first aid station is well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked. Respond promptly and effectively to workplace accidents or health concerns. Educate staff on hygiene practices, illness prevention, and safety awareness. Coordinate with the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) department to implement safety measures. Comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to the workplace. Report significant medical incidents to management and relevant authorities. Manage medical inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is functional.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid

UAE MOH (Ministry of Health) Nursing License.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of emergency care, first aid, and basic health assessments. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during emergencies. Good communication skills and the ability to educate and engage site workers. Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and reporting procedures. Male candidates only
