The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards and the policies of the healthcare facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring correct dosage and documentation.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards in all clinical areas.
Prepare and maintain patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) when required.
Adhere to all UAE healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications & Licensure
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Licensure:
Valid
MOH or Transferable DHA License
(depending on Emirate of practice) or eligibility for licensing.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (
new graduates may be considered if licensed
).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation.
