Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized nursing care, focusing on dignity, safety, and comfort.
Support patients and their families with education, emotional guidance, and hands-on care.
Deliver essential procedures including NG tube management, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, wound care, and medication administration.
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with DOH/DHA standards.
Promote holistic wellbeing and preventive health practices.
Requirements:
Valid DOH, DHA, or NCLEX license.
Minimum 2 years' nursing experience (ICU, Medical-Surgical, or Home Care preferred).
Strong background in NG tube or PEG feeding (mandatory).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (apostilled).
Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable in homecare settings.
