Job Description
- Receptionist duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, billing, and filing.
- Perform routine office duties such as sterilizing dental instruments and supplies, and filling out paperwork.
- Should have good communication skills
- Help manage customer service and public relations by greeting patients and helping to retain the customer base.
- Follow safety procedures for cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
- Use computers for scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and taking digital x-rays.
- Showing patients to their exam rooms.
- Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries.
- Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Making dental impressions.
- Sterilizing dental tools and equipment.
- Post-procedure clean-up
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Dental assistant: 1 year (Required)
- MOH Registered Nurse or Dental Assistant license (Required)
