Your Role: The Registered Nurse, Out Patient Department will record vital signs, assist doctors with a diagnosis, and complete paperwork. The role will ill provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support as and when required. Your Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, Out Patient Department, your typical day may include the following:
- Perform assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation process in Out Patient unit.
- Skillful in basic procedures such as performing blood sampling ,recording of 12 lead ECG taking care of patient under diagnostic and therapeutic radiology investigation , wound dressing ,vitals assessment and management of medication.
- Knowledge about the vaccination protocol and departmental specific procedures.
- Assisting the consultant for departmental specific procedures.
- Providing health education to patient and family members.
