Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes
Monitor and document patient conditions and treatment progress
Administer prescribed medications and perform nursing procedures
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and safety at all times
Qualifications:
Must be a
Registered Nurse
with a
DOH/HAAD, eligibility
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
(homecare experience preferred)
Excellent communication, assessment, and patient care skills
Compassionate, responsible, and able to work independently
Male candidates only (as per client requirement)
