Perform laser hair removal and other dermatology or aesthetic laser procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
Conduct patient consultations, including skin assessments, test patches, and pre/post-procedure counseling.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of laser devices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
Monitor and report any adverse reactions or complications during or after procedures.
Assist physicians in dermatology and cosmetic procedures when required.
Ensure compliance with DOH policies, infection control standards, and clinic safety regulations.
Educate patients on skincare, laser aftercare, and treatment plans.
Participate in training, continuous education, and performance reviews to enhance technical knowledge and service quality.
Support front-line operations when needed, including appointment coordination and patient flow management.
