Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and be confident drivers. [You may specify if a vehicle is provided or if it's for travel between facilities].
• Licensing: Must hold MOH (Ministry of Health) or DHA (Dubai Health Authority) eligibility letter or license. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
• For Nurses: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, with valid home country registration.
• For Lab Technicians: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
For Registered Nurses:

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic and paper patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Utilize medical equipment competently and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

For Laboratory Technicians:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare specimens, slides, and cultures for analysis.
• Record, analyze, and interpret test results, reporting critical findings to physicians promptly.
• Adhere to strict quality control, safety, and biohazard disposal protocols.
• Ensure the laboratory is stocked with necessary supplies and reagents.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Clinical Expertise: Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in your respective field.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in procedures, documentation, and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
