Registered Nurse (ICU/CCU/LTC Experience)

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill or long-term ventilated patients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and ensure the well-being and dignity of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or ICU/CCU setting.
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients, ensuring optimal ventilator settings and patient response.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and operate specialized medical equipment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
• Adhere to all infection control, health, safety, and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Valid and transferable UAE nursing license (DOH, DHA, or MOH) is mandatory.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience in an ICU, CCU, or Long-Term Care facility.
• Strong preference for candidates with current or previous experience in managing long-term care ventilated patients.
• Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support, ventilator management, and other critical care skills.
• Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Al Ain.
