Job Details

Evaluate the patient\'s medical condition and create a care plan based on their specific needs.
Responsible for administering medications, including injections and IV therapy, as prescribed by the patient\'s healthcare provider.
Perform medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, or tracheostomy care.
Track the patient\'s vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation to ensure their stability and health.
Teach patients and their families about managing their medical condition, administering medications, and maintaining good health.
Work closely with the patient\'s primary care physician and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Keep detailed records of their patient\'s medical condition, treatments, and progress.
