Registered Nurse - Home Health Care

Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures. Educate patients and families on disease management and medication use. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Offer emotional support and build trust with patients and families.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Skills:

Empathy and patience Clinical competence in home care procedures Ability to work independently Familiarity with electronic health records
