Coordinate gynecology patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.
Assist gynecologists during patient consultations, minor procedures, and ultrasounds.
Prepare patients for examinations and provide post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate medical records and assist with insurance documentation if needed.
Ensure the consultation room is clean, stocked, and ready for procedures.
Educate patients on gynecological procedures, prenatal care, and preventive screenings.
Follow strict infection control and patient privacy protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid DOH license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory).
Previous experience in gynecology, women's health, or maternity clinic (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
Good administrative and coordination skills.
