Responsibilities:
Provide professional home-based nursing care to patients
Monitor and record patient health conditions and progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on proper care procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Qualifications:
Must be a
Registered Nurse (DOH/HAAD, eligibility)
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
(homecare experience preferred)
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
Female candidates only (as per client requirements)
