Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Valid nursing license from home country. Passed Qatar Prometric Exam and Dataflow (preferred but not mandatory). QCHP License is a plus. English fluency required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care according to individualized plans. Administer medications and monitor vital signs and treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes if require , following the prescribed treatment plan. Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs, mobility, wound care, and medication management. Administer injections, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions safely and effectively in a home setting. Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the physician or supervising nurse. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, hygiene, mobility, and lifestyle changes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care coordinators to ensure holistic and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely home visit documentation in line with QCHP and company standards. Follow infection prevention and control protocols, ensuring patient safety in non-clinical environments. Support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed--e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility assistance (based on care plan). Ensure safe use of home medical equipment and provide training to family/caregivers. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for patient privacy and preferences in the home. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations during home visits. Participate in case discussions, audits, and professional development sessions with the care team.
