Key Responsibilities:
Emergency Response:
Provide first aid and emergency care in case of injuries or illnesses on the site.
Stabilize and manage injured workers until further medical help arrives.
Medical Assistance:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Assist with routine health checks and monitoring for site workers.
Health Records and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of medical incidents, treatments provided, and any follow-up requirements.
Submit health and safety reports to management.
Safety and Wellness:
Conduct regular health awareness sessions and safety workshops.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaboration with Teams:
Coordinate with site safety officers and management on health and safety concerns.
Liaise with external healthcare providers when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
License:DHA RN required
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency medical care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle medical emergencies efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety.
