Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Dubai
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home environment Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy as ordered Monitor patient progress and document care accurately and timely Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and care techniques Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and families Participate in on-call rotation as required (if applicable)
Qualifications
Current
Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Minimum1 year of nursing experience
(home care or hospice preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical, assessment, and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilitiesSalary
8000 AED - 8500 AED
