Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position presents an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to begin their nursing careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.


As a Registered Nurse at IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our healthcare standards are met. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 12,000 - AED 13,000 monthly, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support daily healthcare activities Assist in patient assessments and care planning Administer medications and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on health management and wellness Participate in ongoing training and professional development Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent Valid nursing license in Dubai Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare-related software and technology
