Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Registered Nurse (RN)

located in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will provide clinical support to doctors, assist in patient care, manage nursing procedures, and ensure safe, professional medical services. The role involves

patient preparation, documentation, assisting in minor procedures, and maintaining high standards of infection control and nursing practices

.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures. Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort throughout the process. Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as per medical orders. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress. Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.

Nursing Procedures & Clinical Operations

Perform nursing duties such as wound care, dressing, IV cannulation, ECG, and sample collection. Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms. Follow infection control protocols and ensure safety standards are met. Manage emergency situations and provide first aid when required.

Documentation & Coordination

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Document procedures, nursing notes, and care provided in the system. Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, and insurance teams for smooth patient flow. Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and request replenishments when needed.

Insurance & Compliance

Support the team in verifying approvals when needed. Ensure adherence to DHA regulations and clinic policies. Maintain DHA license/eligibility and attend mandatory trainings as required.
