DIO Life Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within clients' homes across Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver professional nursing services, ensure patient safety, promote wellness, and support families while adhering to DHA standards and DIO Life clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care & Clinical Duties

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, injections, IV therapy, catheter care, PEG care, and vital signs monitoring. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Deliver specialized care for chronic and acute conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, post-operative care, elderly care). Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) when required. Ensure timely documentation of clinical notes, assessments, and interventions in accordance with DHA and company standards.

2. Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, case managers, and family members to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, safety, and recovery processes. Communicate effectively with the Nursing Supervisor regarding patient status changes, emergencies, and required interventions.

3. Compliance & Safety

Follow all DIO Life Home Health Care protocols, DHA regulations, infection-control guidelines, and patient confidentiality standards. Maintain accurate, secure medical records and ensure compliant documentation. Identify and report potential risks to patient safety and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

4. Professional Growth & Conduct

Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development. Demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a high level of professionalism in all patient interactions. Promote the values, mission, and standards of DIO Life Home Health Care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Valid DHA License

or

DHA Eligibility Letter

(Mandatory). Minimum

1-2 years of clinical nursing experience

(home care experience preferred). Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle home-based care challenges. Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain professional boundaries.
