Job Description

Smart Care Poly Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse with an experience in Gynecology.

Must be able to join immediately and have DHA Eligibility Letter

Core responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Care:

Evaluate patient needs, conduct detailed assessments, and develop and implement care plans.

Medication and Treatments:

Administer medications according to a patient's condition and symptoms, and order diagnostic exams and tests.

Health Records:

Maintain accurate and confidential patient healthcare records, documenting all care, observations, and treatments.

Patient and Family Education:

Explain medical conditions and treatment plans in a way that patients and their families can understand, and provide emotional support.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Coordinate with other nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including managing discharge plans and rehabilitation support.

Advocacy:

Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and wishes are communicated to the healthcare team.

Leadership and Training:

Provide professional leadership, guidance, and support to other staff, including training new staff and students.
Essential skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Clinical and technical skills related to patient care and medical procedures. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
