Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse providing both home care and doctor on call services, you will offer high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and provide support during doctor on call consultations. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive effective and personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor on Call Responsibilities:

Clinical Assistance:

Support physicians during on-call consultations by providing clinical insights, monitoring patients' progress, and ensuring proper documentation.

Health Assessment:

Conduct initial health assessments via phone or in-person for patients calling in for medical consultation.

Care Coordination:

Collaborate with physicians to ensure timely interventions and referrals for additional care, diagnostics, or specialized treatment.

Patient Follow-up:

Ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled and any additional care or treatment is provided according to the doctor's orders.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure that all necessary information is shared with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license

in Dubai, with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license. Strong clinical skills, including wound care, IV administration, and patient assessments. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, family members, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm, focused approach. High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in patient care.
