. The role involves supporting doctors and senior nurses in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist doctors and nurses during patient examinations and treatments.
Prepare and maintain patient rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Record patient information and update medical files accurately.
Provide basic nursing care including wound dressing, administering medications (as permitted), and monitoring vital signs.
Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
Support patients with comfort, guidance, and reassurance.
Coordinate with the reception and admin staff for smooth patient flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
DHA approval (mandatory).
Previous experience in a polyclinic or healthcare facility preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Language Preferred (English and Urdu)
