About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and managing nursing tasks for a multi-specialty clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to changes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care practices. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones.

Nursing Administrative Management:

Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, and generating reports. Coordinate with insurance providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Dubai / DHA Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-departmental environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skills Own valid UAE visa would be an added advantage Willingness to learn, grow and be part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team with multiple specialities
