Nurses (RN)

Assistant Nurses

DHA passer Nurses

Caregivers


With proven experience in clinical setting.

Requirements :

With proven experience in clinical setting.



Valid RN License or Certified Nurse Assistant.



With or without DHA License



Caregiver Certificate



SKILLED IN MANAGING :

Thoracostomy (Chest Tube) patients.

PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) tube care.

NGT (Nasogastric Tube) insertion and management.

Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and care for patients with thoracostomy tubes, including drainage monitoring, site care, and early detection of complications.

Administer and maintain PEG and NGT feeds as per care plan.

Educated on tube care and post-operative precautions.

Ensure accurate patient documentation and care reporting.

Collaborative, has initiative, with good character.
