Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a cornerstone of our daily operations, providing exceptional patient care, assisting our doctors across various specialties, and ensuring a seamless and efficient clinical environment. You will play a vital role in both our medical and aesthetic departments, upholding the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, performing triage, and preparing patients for consultations and procedures. Assist physicians and specialists during consultations and a variety of procedures, including aesthetic and dermatological treatments (e.g., laser therapy, chemical peels, injectables). Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed by the physician. Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy (blood drawing), wound dressing, and suture removal. Prepare and maintain sterile environments in treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use. Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, treatment plans, and medication instructions. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Manage inventory of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, placing orders as needed. Ensure adherence to all DHA regulations and internal clinic policies for infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

License:

A valid

DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license

or DHA eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse is

mandatory

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent diploma from an accredited institution.

Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional nursing experience in a clinical, polyclinic, or hospital setting.

Preference:

Experience in a private polyclinic or a dermatology/aesthetics setting is highly desirable.

Certification:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in phlebotomy, administering injections, and other core nursing procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on patient empathy and care. Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in record-keeping and clinical tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A professional demeanor with a strong understanding of patient confidentiality. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
