Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
Licensure: Valid nursing license in Dubai (or eligibility for licensure).
Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, particularly in areas such as critical care, emergency, or medical-surgical nursing.
Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

The Registered Nurse (IV Therapy) is responsible for administering intravenous therapy and related procedures to patients in a safe and effective manner. This role involves assessing patient needs, providing education, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and maintain intravenous (IV) access and administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs for IV therapy and monitor for complications.
3. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines.
4. Educate patients and families about IV therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care post-discharge.
5. Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including IV therapy administration, patient responses, and any adverse events.
6. Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards during all IV procedures.
7. Respond promptly to patient emergencies related to IV therapy and provide appropriate interventions.
8. Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing degree.
Valid nursing license in DUBAI
Previous experience in IV therapy or a related nursing specialty preferred.
IV Therapy certification or relevant training is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
