Job Summary
IIQAF is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered medical team. We are committed to providing top-notch healthcare and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing interventions and treatments to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis
- Assess patient conditions, health status and needs, and prepare nursing care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
- Monitor and administer medications, document the administration and patient response
- Communicate any changes in the patient's physical or psychological condition with other healthcare providers
- Provide education to patients and family members about medications and lifestyle changes
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare plans and other healthcare related concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience as a staff nurse in an acute care setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with other staff and patients
- Excellent assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
